Is a quiet, shy but very intellegent being. It is the brains out of the aliens. It always tries to keep the other aliens in control. It is always wary of the other characters (the pirates) but acts civil towards them.

Alien 3 (child actor) - Colezig (Cole Collins)
Is the friendliest alien that wants to get to know the pirates - it is the 'captain' of the alien characters and is 731 light years old - the youngest out of all the aliens.
[colezig is the first alien character that the audience and the other characters are introduced to]
[one of the most relatable characters for the target audience]

Pirate 1 - Shipmate (Georgie)
Shipmate is a pirate who is taken for granted. she is bossed about by the other pirates - she is a dim whitted pirate and always does as what she is told. she is weird but she gives the drama a good comedy element.

Quick review of characters:

We chose Aliens because they are mystical and interesting characters that will attract children (target audience) to watch the show. Also there is no typical alien so we have more ability to have a more in depth creative flair in the drama.

On the other hand Pirates can be more stereotypical (contrasting to aliens) and also makes it easier for the audience to identify. The contrast between characters gives it a more illberate entertainment element.
