Censorship and Libel

Censorship and Libel is there to stop the media from airing and publishing innappropriate and offensive language, content and images.

Censorship: Is used mainly in television programmes before 9pm as language, scenes and images may be innappropraite for younger audiences and need to be hidden from them.
Ofcom also has control over types of censorships in different shows. an
